Brazil Training Manager

RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Develop and deliver training programs for retail teams in the telephone sector.
2. Focus on improving sales techniques, product knowledge, and trade marketing strategies.
3. Create personalized training programs for retail teams.
4. Develop teaching materials, manuals, and visual resources to support training programs.
5. Collaborate with sales management to identify training needs and propose improvements to sales processes and marketing strategies.

EXPERIENCE:

Have experience to hold big training events, such as workshops, client training, etc.

SKILLS:

FLUENT ENGLISH
