This person is the primary finance business partner to Marketing and driver of insight by establishing financial plans, critical metrics, tracking performance, delivering analytics, and finance direction to our internal customers.

 

Main Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and Develop NVOs and Advertising analysts supporting on their deliveries;
  • Support planning, Budget and LE processes, and provide insights on P&L, Balance Sheet and Cash Generation results;
  • Deliver subsidiary Exhibits and Actual vs Estimate explanation to LATAM Division;
  • Reconcile Actual x Estimate results and impacts on Financial reports (P&L, BS & Cash); Focused on Margin and Gross Profit reconciliations;
  • Support local Leadership Team, Cross-functional Partners (e.g. Marketing, RGM, Sales) and Latam Division;
  • Participate in Commercial CBP Monthly process;
  • Maintain overall finance compliance and provide policy adherence

 

Required Qualifications

  • Complete Bachelor's
  • Experience in Finance
  • Advanced English, Spanish desirable
  • Advanced Office Package
