Your role
Are you able to handle multiple priorities (combination of new and recurrent) with energy and enthusiasm? Do you want to pave the path for the company's business success by supporting the executive management in corporate and legal governance?
We're looking for a Business Analyst to:

• ensure compliance with internal policies, global standards and regulatory requirements
• track and update organizational changes in processes and documents (bylaws, shareholders agreement, and in agreements in general)
• conduct paralegal activities in general
• provide support to management in preparing strategic documents, presentations, and corporate communications
• coordinate and secretariat executive committees meetings
• conduct analysis and identify opportunities to improve processes and recommend changes
• evaluate and mitigate operational risks

Your team
You'll be working in the Investment Bank Operating Officer team, in São Paulo at UBS BB. UBS BB is a Joint Venture between UBS, one of the largest banking institutions globally and Banco do Brasil, one of the largest commercial banks in the country. You'll be working closely with legal, compliance, risk, finance, and other departments, as well as the company's Senior Management.
Your expertise

• preferably university degree in Law (not a requirement)
• 5 - 7 years of prior experience working in similar roles
• ideally fluent in English with strong verbal and written communication skills both in Portuguese and English
• comfortable interacting with stakeholders at all levels and able to manage conflicting stakeholder needs
• highly motivated, solid organizational skills, known for hitting deadlines and detail oriented
• able to work as part of a team, managing your tasks independently and proactively
• solid skills using MS office suite in general
• analytic thinker, with ability to provide practical solutions
• experience in business management and/or strategy consulting (including project management) will be a plus
