Responsibilities
- Data exploration and validation, creation of tables, dashboards and views supporting and reporting directly to the Director of the Software Development area
- Creation and follow up of KPIs from multiple databases and different geographies (BR, US, IN)
- Support other teams with data analytics solutions by generating periodic reports for the different levels of stakeholders
- Interact with 150+ team members from 3 different geographies to validate timesheet and expenses data
- Contribute to the improvement of processes through insights obtained in the systems used by the company and data collection
Who you are
- Advanced skills in Excel and Power BI
- Advanced English (needs to write very well and needs to be able to communicate well daily with people from BR, US, and IN)
- Ability to learn fast the processes of the company
- Be proactive to enhance the current controls and processes of the Software Development area regarding the available data
- Be very organized since will be handling with different controls, interacting with several people
