The successful candidate will develop and execute the marketing strategy to support critical Business Messaging efforts for customers. This person will have the experience to think creatively, to simplify complex concepts and transform into activations and to collaborate with cross-functional partners across regions to create marketing POVs, narratives, messaging, collateral, digital communications and more.This person will be a strategic thinker, hands-on and a proactive self-starter with an experience track record of resilience under pressure and data driven mindset. Having a solid understanding of the Business Messaging landscape and experience creating marketing communications is a must.

Help set the Business Marketing strategy and transform into impactful activations for Business Messaging initiatives in Latin America
Develop marketing materials to educate, inspire and enable clients and the industry on Meta's Business Messaging solutions
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to scale work via marketing moments, such as events, webinars, campaigns and channels to reach relevant audiences and markets
Ensure that internal teams fully understand the value and nuances of Meta's Business Messaging tools

10+ years experience in marketing or advertising, positioning and messaging including strategic planning, marketing communications or product marketing in advertising agencies or marketing organizations
B2B marketing experience
Experience in the Business Messaging industry
Experience synthesizing complex technology products and client needs into simple, powerful activations
Thrives in a rapid, ambiguous and high-pressure environment
Proven project management experience and prioritization skills
Communication and presentation experience
Experience balancing multiple projects in a highly cross-functional organization
