You will be responsible for developing and executing the strategy for the assigned portfolio of products, solutions and services in alignment with the Business (Head of Business) and Markets (Country Managers) in Latin America. In this role you can expect a dynamic environment with constant interactions with different business areas and different cultures inside and outside Latin America. Additionally, you will be able to lead the organization of important events in different countries and organize and participate in local actions with customers.

Your role:

• Marketing planning and execution through deep understanding of the audience always, placing customers first.
• Lead marketing activations through different channels aligned with market insights and trends to deploy our value proposition.
• Performance management of assigned portfolio of products, solutions, and services by enabling the shift from technical features to care pathways.
• Portfolio-focused strategies across businesses in the market and balancing phase-in and phase-out.

• Advanced English (conversation and written skills), you will have contact with other cultures;
• Bachelor’s degree ;
• Position is Hybrid that requires 3x week in the office that is located in Barueri, Sao Paulo.

• CNH (driver´s license) is required and travel to different states in Brazil and other countries is also part of the scope.

• Has a broad knowledge of products and services within Patient Monitoring, Cardiology Solutions and Interoperability & Connectivity Solutions / Knowledge and understanding of the Marketing processes / Proven experience leading a cooperative effort among members of multifunctional teams / Experience in marketing in healthcare domains, incl. localizing value propositions to unique customers and markets in Latin America.
