To cut a long story short, Bimpli is a leading player in employee services and benefits, specializing in meal vouchers, gift vouchers, CESU, pot and CSE platform. More than 300 Bimpli employees are joining us to continue this crazy adventure which is to re-enchant everyday life and support the development of employee’s work experience all around the world.

Your role:

As a Business Strategist, you will directly report to Business Strategy & Operations Director in Brazil. Your main missions are to support Swile spectacular growth in Brazil, by providing strategic recommendations , deploying key initiatives (go-to-market..), and providing strategic insights to accompany the decision-making.

As a key partner to the Brazilian business teams, you will have an impact on Swile regional strategy, by building the business plan but also ensuring operational excellence in the execution of this plan.

Your mission

- Build and optimize scalable processes to prepare the company for hyper-growth

- Lead and execute (end to end) core projects

- Strategy: explore GTM opportunities including market entry strategies plus help define which projects the teams should prioritize

- Work on organizational transformation initiatives

- Work on service level agreements, productivity, and profitability analysis

- Product improvement: act on feedback loop help innovation team translate customer needs into new features

- Crack daily cases relying on data and analytics to extract insights and drive action-

• Experience: 3+ years of experience in a top-tier consulting firm or as a project manager in a fast-growing startup
• Analytical mind: you have excellent analytical skills, are fast at gathering data and information to produce recommendations or take decisions
• Efficient: you are experienced in planning and leading strategic initiatives
• Agile: you are willing to evolve in a high-growth and agile environment
• Team player: you are able to work strategically and collaboratively across departments, and to communicate effectively
• Advanced English
• Proven experience with Office/Gsuite
• SQL/Python knowledge is a plus!
