Read on and apply today for a life-changing career.The PositionAs the Campaigns Communications Manager at Novo Nordisk in Brazil, you'll lead efforts to educate the public on therapeutic areas. Your role involves strategizing, aligning, and monitoring campaigns, developing annual plans, and building external partnerships. Adhering to Novo Nordisk's values, you'll oversee action implementation and produce executive reports summarizing campaign strategies and results, contributing significantly to enhancing awareness in the healthcare landscape. This position is to work in São Paulo, SP.Your responsabilities includes:-Creating and managing communications campaigns, projects, events, actions, and channels to expand education and awareness with the general society about Novo Nordisk's present and future therapeutic areas in Brazil.
-Defining, aligning, and monitoring the strategy, objectives, and operationalization of each campaign with other internal partner areas.
-Developing an annual plan for each therapeutic area, including specific actions and permanent actions.
-Selecting and building relationships with external strategic partners for the implementation of actions, while adhering to Novo Nordisk's values, policies, and rules.
-Producing executive reports to present strategies and results of campaigns and their actions.
 Qualifications-You hold a Bachelor’s degree in PR, Advertising, Marketing, or related areas.
-This person is expected to have fluent oral and written English.
-We expect a candidate with Specialization in corporate communications, social media, or digital marketing preferred.-Nice to have experience of at least seven years of relevant professional experience in advertising or public relations, preferably in multinational organizations.
-Preferred experience in conducting/supporting awareness campaigns through various channels and strategies, as well as managing digital influencers.
