Visão geral Avalara is in an explosive growth stage;and has big plans to generate growth from our existing customerbase. The cross-sell marketing team has an exciting role to supportthe aggressive growth objectives we want to achieve with ourexisting portfolio going into 2024.

With a large customer base, andan exciting line of new products, we have a great opportunity toexpand our value proposition across Avalara's compliance productsuite to our customers.

We are looking for a marketing manager tocome in and immediately support the team to execute on evergreenmarketing channel plans (email, in-app, events / webinar for example)as well as the seasonal campaign calendar that supports Avalara'sproduct lifecycle.

This person will wear multiple hats and help theteam to achieve the best results from our marketing programs byproviding the following support : - Project management oversight toensure campaign deliverables are executed on time with quality -Campaign / program monitoring and reporting on a weekly basis toensure leads are delivered to the sales team - Operational supportfor campaign creation and execution - often times we will have tomonitor our engagement with other teams to ensure projects areexecuted to specs - Sales enablement - provide support to theaccount management team on sales collateral and marketingmaterials.

Ensure they are aware of the current marketingcalenadrs. This person will work in Brazil but the rest of thecross-sell team works remotely in the U.

S. Responsabilidades -Develop, implement and track marketing programs such as email,social media, digital campaigns, webinars and events - Collaboratewith internal marketing, product, and sales teams to develop andmonitor marketing initiatives - Support marketing managers on theteam in managing integrated marketing campaigns across offline andonline tactics;

this role supports the cross-sell marketing team -Ensure timeline of each marketing deliverable is met by trackingmovement of ticket - Collaborate on integrated marketing content,such as digital assets and product collateral, to promote throughkey marketing channels and campaigns - Develop and project managemarketing deliverables across multiple audiences and campaigns -Work with external agencies and vendors to execute marketingprograms - Stay up to date with market and online trends relevantto the brand for ensuring campaigns and promotions are relevantwithin each market - Maintain awareness on best practice marketingtechniques / tools to achieve successful campaigns and promotionsQualificações - Bachelor's degree in business administration,marketing, communications, or a related field - 5+ years ofexperience in marketing - 1+ years of event and / or webinarmanagement experience - Fluent in English (speaking, reading,writing) - Detail-oriented with excellent prioritization,organization, and project management skills - Strong written andverbal communication skills - Excellent analytical skills and aknack for data-driven insights - Skilled in writing and editingcontent - Proficient knowledge of various marketing and analyticstools such as Microsoft Office, Google Suite, Eloqua, Outreach, CRMsystems (e.

g. Salesforce), and content management systems.Experience in webinar and events software (On24 & Cvent) is aplus. - Having knowledge of typical marketing KPIs (impressions,engagements, leads, opportunities) and the framework of reportingSobre a Avalara About Avalara : We’re building cloud-based taxcompliance solutions to handle every transaction in the world.
