As part of the Global SMB Team, the LATAM Business Marketing Team works in close collaboration with the Sales and Product teams, becoming the champions of SMB audiences, continually optimizing performance driven messaging strategies and customer journeys. Candidates should have prior experience designing and executing multi-channel customer experiences and managing ecosystem strategies and implementation.Responsibilities- Work closely with internal stakeholders (SMB Sales, Product and Global marketing) to acquired more qualified leads through the different marketing channels- Work closely with regional SMB stakeholders to communicate marketing channels performance, plans for updates and to coordinate ecosystem to marketing activations and strategies- Collaborate with various regional and global stakeholders to craft marketing channels approaches that deliver on content strategies informed by research and messaging priorities- Evaluate competitor approaches to channels and ecosystem and use these findings to inform work and educate internal stakeholders- Work closely with internal and external partners to establish content and channel practices and guidelines for regional activations- Oversee the implementation of new infrastructure via the management of third party vendors / agencies- Report on ecosystem / channel strategy success, opportunities and refinements

Qualifications

Qualifications- 10 years of experience in digital marketing, SMB Marketing, marketing strategy or content strategy role- A deep understanding of the Small & Medium Businesses industry is desirable- Experience with digital & marketing channels and technology company's ecosystem- Experience designing and executing content strategies and analyzing content strategy performance- Experience with digital marketing channels strategy- Expert written and verbal communicator, with the ability to articulate abstract concepts- Ability to identify opportunities, develop project scope and independently lead ideation and execution- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple partnership or project under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment;- Excellent communication and presentation skills;- Self-starter, fast learner who is detail-oriented and has critical thinking;- Ability to work independently and as a team across different departments and regions.- Fluency in Portuguese and English.
