We are currently in the process of creating circumstances for our CHC business to operate in full autonomy (separating the Business Unit from our Pharma company heritage, processes etc.), to accelerate our transformation towards being the best FAST MOVING CONSUMER HEALTHCARE BUSINESS. This is a great opportunity for talents to join CHC while we create a fully dedicated Digital organization to unlock the full potential for this business.

The role covers all aspects from running a stable operation, driving a continuous improvement agenda & implementing strategic initiatives in line with the global CHC and regional strategy across all functional domains (Commercial, Industrial Affairs, Backoffice, Science, Data, etc.).

He / She is also accountable for maximizing business value and stakeholder’s satisfaction by overseeing all activities from Digital teams, and contributing on design, build and implementation of digital products.

He / She will need to develop Brazil CHC Digital Strategy and roadmap in conjunction with the CHC Digital Strategy.

Main responsibilities:

  • Accelerating B2C eCommerce business driving to (1) a more data-driven performance, (2) further develop e-pharmacies, app deliveries and marketplaces while managing all elements related to content, on-site and offsite execution, retail media, DTC experiences as well as (3) unlock new routes to market and maximizing customer lifetime value through a digital commerce innovation (4) leading the local ecommerce capability.
  • Manage all topics related to B2B eCommerce, such as direct and indirect online sales speeding up MCE opportunities, as well as new projects and features to create a more digital enjoinment and experience for the entire chain and stakeholders

• Promote the culture of Ethics and Business Integrity in your team by serving as a role model by ensuring appropriate knowledge and adherence to the principles of ethics and integrity, Sanofi policies and codes of conduct that regulate the pharmaceutical market.

• Comply with and promote Sanofi Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) policies in relation to the team it manages, which includes the Road Safety Program (Road Safety) with the purpose of preventing accidents, avoiding health risks, promoting the well-being of employees and reducing environmental impacts resulting from the execution of their work activities.

About you:

Education:

  • Bachelor’s Degree (B.A.) or equivalent in Business administration, Business economics or Marketing Bachelor's degree. MBA desired.

Required knowledge and/or experience:

  • 7+ Years of experience in Sales or Marketing areas;
  • Broad background in different sectors with a preference for previous FMCH Or FMCG experiences;
  • Proven hands-on experience with B2C, B2B, market place, trade marketing;
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills;
  • Demonstrated conflict resolution & problem-solving skills in a global environment;
  • Strategic as well as pragmatic, with an ability to generate trust and build alliances across the business areas;
  • Ability to lead without authority in complex matrix organization managing a wide range of stakeholders across CHC and Sanofi.

Language skills:

  • Fluent spoken and written English. Spanish is a plus.
