We are looking for a North American VP of Sales with an enterprise software background to lead our team to achieve or exceed company revenue targets for subscription software growth and expanding market presence. This strategic leadership role will lead direct sales, partner organization, and solution consulting teams in North America.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute innovative sales strategies to drive business growth for new business as well as upsell and cross-sell to existing Fortune 1000 customer base
  • Oversee sales pipeline and ensure accurate forecasting and budgeting
  • Foster strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders
  • Drive accountability across the sales team to follow adherence to all processes designed to support and engage with cross-functional teams including RFP, Deal Desk, Scoping, and handoff processes.
  • Lead and expand the sales team, ensuring alignment with the company’s strategic objectives
  • Manage national solution consultant team to drive world-class technical pre-sales support
  • Cultivate a highly motivated sales team by nurturing success-driven attitudes and proactive client focused engagement
  • Collaborate closely with GTM team to align sales strategies with overall business goals
  • Collaborate with product and marketing to align GTM strategy with roadmap
  • Align and execute with our go-to-market partners including ServiceNow
  • Lead and manage sales and solutions consultant leaders on strategic account planning
  • Partner with client experience team to collaborate and align on the customer journey
  • Work closely with Marketing to align business development, campaigns, and events with sales goals.
  • Collaborate with sales leadership to drive consistent sales methodologies, activities, and KPIs.

Qualifications:

  • Progressive GTM leadership experience in enterprise software sales
  • Track record of consistently exceeding sales targets
  • Demonstrated ability to drive and motivate a high-performance sales team.
  • Strong leadership and team-building capabilities
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to convey complex concepts to diverse audiences
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience required
  • Experience in EAM or IWMS or related sectors is a plus
