About the Role
The ClientEngagement Leader is responsible for leading a team of Engagement Client Leads who drive participant engagement in Alight’s solutions and improve the client return on investment with measurable outcomes and economic value. This leadership role is responsible for setting the strategy, building the team, and creating the resources and processes to drive value through Alight’s engagement solutions.
Responsibilities
Driving participation in Alight’s well-being, program optimization, health care navigation and guidance, and benefits administration solutions.
Owning and implementing Alight’s client and participant engagement framework.
Analyzing data and establishing benchmarks for delivering value across Alight’s book of business.
Working with Alight’s product development, value engineering, IT, commercial, and client delivery leadership to create opportunities to connect client needs to Alight’s solutions.
Managing Engagement Client Leads and helping them drive value for our clients.
Developing and maintaining solid relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Identifying and understanding client goals/KPIs, challenges, priorities, barriers/gaps to develop actionable strategies across clients.
Leveraging value and outcome reporting to establish and modify engagement strategies for clients to drive data-driven decisions.
Supporting and coordinating escalation resolutions specific to engagement solutions.
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop effective engagement strategies.
Requirements
Experience and market knowledge in well-being solutions, navigation, digital health, point solutions, and employee benefits.
Experience leading teams and/or business units to achieve organizational goals.
Be able to think strategically and provide innovative solutions to client challenges.
Possess an understanding of behavioral economics.
