About the Role:

We are seeking a talented and experienced Client Success Manager to join our client's team. In this role, you will ensure client satisfaction and success by serving as the primary point of contact between clients and the agency. With a focus on communication, project management, and strategic planning, you will contribute to the agency's and its clients' growth and success. Candidates with experience in dental marketing are preferred. 

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Act as the main point of contact between clients and our team, ensuring smooth communication and meeting client needs effectively.
  • Respond promptly to client inquiries and issues, aiming to provide exceptional service and nurture long-term relationships.
  • Coordinate project execution, manage timelines, and maintain quality standards in deliverables.
  • Prepare insightful reports on campaign performance and key metrics for clients.
  • Ensure all deliverables adhere to client branding and quality standards while fostering creativity.
  • Collaborate with clients to develop customized marketing strategies.

Position: Project and Client Success Manager

Remote Status: Fully Remote

Working Hours: 9 AM - 6 PM EST

Holidays: US Local Holidays + 4 Day Work Week 

Salary: USD 1200 - USD 2500
