Our opportunity

We are looking for our new Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our collections team, which is responsible for managing the financial relationship with our customers. Maersk's collection team has well-defined processes that guarantee excellent results for the company and its stakeholders.


Key Responsibilities:


-Conducting the team's processes and activities, such as: identifying, writing off securities and accounting for payments, sending receipts and proof of payments, and returning the balance available to the client, in accordance with internal procedures, deadlines, and established targets, to achieve the best results. Analyzing reports and assessing the team's productivity.

- Supporting management in controlling processes, following internal procedures and deadlines, through reports extracted from systems, analysis and controls to achieve the area's targets;

- Being a role model concerning KPIs, ensuring consistent results and compliance

- Coordinating improvement processes with stakeholders

- Delivering solutions that facilitate customer payments

- Monitoring results and creating action plans for continuous improvement


We are looking for:


- Experience in accounts receivable
- Technical skills: advanced Excel and Office package. Knowledge of SAP is desirable
- Advanced English Level (oral and written) and Advanced Spanish level (oral and written) (Required )
-Academic background in Finance, Accounting, commercial degrees or related fields.
- Soft Skills: Good analytical skills, focused on results and good interpersonal relationships
