Commercial Intern to join our Sales team who provides new businesess and contributes to Pacifica's rapid growth worldwide. The ideal candidate is highly energetic, motivated, results-oriented, organized, dynamic and possess exceptional communication skills.
Your role and main responsibilities: - Actively prospect through market research and identification of potential clients;
- Qualify leads through effective communication, both in English and Portuguese, via phone, email, and other digital platforms;
- Schedule meetings and demonstrations for the sales team with qualified leads;
- Maintain accurate records of prospecting activities and update the CRM as necessary;
- Actively participate in team meetings and contribute ideas to optimize processes and improve sales results;
- Continuously learn about the company's services and stay updated on our industry trends.
Requirements: - Bachelor’s degree in business-oriented courses;
- Fluent English. Spanish is a plus;
- Knowledge in B2B Market & B2B sales funnel;
- Knowledge in CRM tools (HubSpot/Salesforce or similars);
- Analytical and critical thinking;
- Ability to self-organize and work with autonomy;
- Strong communication and relationship skills.
