Organization SE CFO Business Unit Gas Services Full / Part time Full-time Experience Level Experienced Professional Your profileBachelor’s degree required;Experience in Finance / Commercial Sales/ Commercial Project Management/ Global Operations or related discipline;Advanced leadership, teamwork/collaboration, networking skills, strong communication, and presentation skills at all organizational levels;Portuguese or Spanish and English fluency;Flexibility to adjust and thrive in an environment with changing requirements, schedules and priorities for multiple projects or assignments. Flexibility to travel in the LA Region, US or Europe;Knowledge of project financing structures and Accounting Principles. Your responsibilitiesResponsible for all Commercial and Financial aspects of a Large or Industrial Gas Turbines Generation Bid and Contract negotiation in the Latin America market;Drive customer focus within the organization by understanding market drivers for energy market, transition and present to the organization;Co-lead together with the Technical Sales Manager the bid strategy for complex projects. Deliver the solutions best meeting customer needs, including developing new business and financial models to enable projects;Manage and support the overall bid process from PM20 (Bid/No Bid) to PM80 (Project Handover) while working together with Sales, Proposal, Business Units teams;Identify, manage, and mitigate commercial areas of a contract including but not limited to cash flow, currency / hedging risks, financial security instruments, terms of payment, state and country specific tax codes/structures, etc;Participate in all customer negotiations.
