Your Mission
We are looking for a Communications and Digital Marketing Analyst , developing and implementing actions to promote Atlas Copco Power Technique in different markets and segments. In this position, you will report to the General Manager and will have the mission of actively supporting the development of the Customer Center including the business lines and other areas from the production of integrated marketing communication content, fairs, events, sales campaigns and their results, as well as fostering Digital Marketing channels for lead generation using our CRM as a tool to drive, analyze and follow up on the pipeline of opportunities generated to strengthen our presence and brand.
Check out the main activities:
- Develop and implement communication strategies in line with the Atlas Copco Group's objectives and values;
- Develop and implement Power Technique's Communication and Marketing Program, from conception to delivery of content, such as: websites, blogs, campaigns, production of sales material, ensuring adherence to the Brand Identity Manual;
- Developing the brand in order to keep it as First in Mind, First in Choice for all our stakeholders;
- Managing Sales Campaigns with the aim of generating leads, follow-up and measuring results;
- Proactive analysis of CRM data to support the business lines with content and communication and marketing strategies;
- Managing and developing Power Technique's online presence through different digital channels;
- Fostering the marketing channels of our business partners, expanding the reach of the brand in the channels within the dealers;
- Manage product launches, fairs and events, with the aim of giving visibility to our brands, as well as increasing the number of leads and business;
- Use the C4C tool strategically and in partnership with the business lines;
- Collaborate locally and globally with cross-functional teams to ensure that communication strategies support overall business objectives;
- Measure and report on the performance of Digital Marketing campaigns against targets (ROI and KPIs).
Knowledge and Skills
- Degree in Marketing, Communication or similar;
- Advanced English, good oral and verbal command;
- Experience in an equivalent position or in the area of activity (Marketing, Product or Sales);
- Desirable experience in event management, social media management, public relations and digital channel management;
- Knowledge of C4C will be considered a plus;
- Proficiency in interpersonal and digital communication.
