What will I be doing?
As the Concierge Team Leader, you will play a key role in facilitate the seamless flow of guest experiences from arrival to departure. You will lead a skilled team, setting the standard for exceptional service at our concierge desk. Your responsibilities will include:
· Assisting the Concierge manager to lead the team to deliver outstanding service to all our guests at all times and in all circumstances
· Ensure all team are following all procedures for parking and moving vehicles in our care.
· Provide leadership assistance, administrative support, while always demonstrating a hands-on approach within all aspects of operations
· Ensure all team members are prepared and well-informed to deliver guests an exceptional experience from check-in through check-out
· Ensure that all Guest requests, inquiries and complaints are managed promptly and completely
· Work closely with the Concierge management team to train, motivate and inspire members of our team, to assist them to reach their full potential
· Monitor Guest satisfaction reports and implement actions to improve results
What are we looking for?

· Previous experience Leadership experience within the hotel, leisure or retail sector
· Open Automatic and Manual Driver’s License
· Fluent in the English language in order to communicate professionally with guests and team members, both in person and over the telephone

· Excellent inter-personal and communication skills
· Excellent leadership and management skills
· Passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences
It would be advantageous in this position for you to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions:
· A minimum of 2 years of experience within the hotel, leisure, and/or retail sectors
