Reporting to the Vaccines BU Director and managing a team, YOU will lead the Consumer Vaccines Marketing strategy for GSK Brazil, aligned with GSK values and expectations.

Your Responsibilities :

This role gives YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career, the main of these are:

  • Lead the Consumer Marketing team for GSK Brazil Vaccines portfolio.

  • Lead the development of comprehensive marketing strategies tailored specifically to vaccine-preventable diseases, aligning with Immunization rates goals and patient needs.

  • Partner with Corporate Communications to develop the Public and Relations Strategy.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including medical affairs, regulatory affairs, corporate communications, Omnichannel, governance, legal and health organizations, to ensure alignment and compliance with internal policies and external guidelines and recommendations.

  • Drive team and agencies to create compelling and informative content for vaccine-preventable diseases on education materials, including brochures, websites, videos, and social media campaigns.

  • Ensure all vaccine communications are clear, accurate, and culturally sensitive, addressing common misconceptions and promoting good health management.

  • Utilize mass and digital marketing channels, such as Television, Social Media, Email campaigns and online forums to disseminate vaccine-preventable diseases related information and engage with target audiences effectively.

  • Ensure all communications and marketing materials comply with GSK policies, regulatory requirements, and industry guidelines.

  • Mentor and lead a team of marketing professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning through psychological safe environment.

  • Work closely with Global teams on personas segmentation and targeting.

  • Build strategy based on solid consumer knowledge and insights.

  • Promote a positive and inclusive company culture that values diversity, teamwork, and a commitment to excellence in line with GSK’s Culture Pillars.

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related areas

  • Experience leading Consumer Marketing strategies within national and/or multinational companies

  • Strong strategic analytical thinking & long-term vision

  • Solid leadership and people development skills

  • Proficiency in English.
