Overview
Responsible for assisting the Marketing Manager to populate all contents, campaigns onsiteand offsite within deadline. Additionally support in development of guidelines and ensure thecoordination as well as facilitation of all daily operations including tickets creation on JIRAand routine settlements is completed on time for each marketing project for the business need;while remaining aligned with strategy, commitments, and goals of the organization.
Job Responsibilities
- Responsible for quality control of all owned assets & sites (daily QC onsite) includingActive User Test (UAT).
- Work closely with Marketing stakeholders and assist in the development and execution of external/internal marketing campaigns using effective system tools and ensure all bonus requirements are aligned and properly maintained with the campaign/promotion objectives.
- Prepare project plans and participate in optimization planning including creating andexecuting project work plans and revising as appropriate to meet the changing needsand requirements.
- Day to day communication with the internal development teams, account managementand direct with clients where applicable, and assistance with the development ofinternal process methodologies.
- Support facilitate and roll out process improvements on operation workflow includingproduct and/or feature improvement Onsite and in the Backoffice.
The Successful Candidate
- Min Adv/Grad Diploma, Preferred Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Mass Comm,
Media or Project Management - In depth Experience in effective Planning & Forecasting, Market Research and
Project Coordination - Minimum 3 years of relevant and proven working experience
- Required language(s): English and Portuguese
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
