Job Description

We’re looking for a talented individual to support business management activities for Client Onboarding & documentation Controls Management; which is the first line of defense to ensuring the firm puts the right controls in place to reduce business risk and empower decision making. As a Control Business Manager - Associate, you will have the following key focus areas: supporting Client Onboarding & documentation Controls Management Executive Monthly Business Review (EMR) on a monthly basis, support monthly processes for Client Onboarding & documentation Controls Management  around OKRs and headcount, support day-to-day business management operations with a focus towards enhancing efficiency and lead ad-hoc special projects across the portfolio.

Job responsibilities

  • Produce timely presentations demonstrating brand consistency and accuracy through the ability to proof own work
  • Engage directly with peers to ensure understanding of the information and data being shown, exploring the best way to convey it using creativity in terms of color, imagery, layout and infographics
  • Embrace and build team relationships both locally and globally, collaborating on projects as required
  • Identify, assess, advise, and drive strategic solutions to increase efficiency and create a more resilient operating environment
  • Collaborate with senior peers and partners within Client Onboarding & Documentation and geographies
  • Produce reporting (using strategic and tactical solutions) to be leveraged by all levels within Client Onboarding & Documentation.
  • Drive the transition of manual based Excel delivery of reporting to strategic AWS /  Qlik Sense platforms including the curation of data sources, modeling data for use, and visualization to provide meaningful insights.
  • Partner with teams to develop and enhance reporting, monitor data quality and consistency, and complete ad hoc requests
  • Identify areas for continued process improvement and enhance efficiencies by generating innovative ideas and solutions through use of data.

 

Required qualifications, capabilities and skills

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in the financial services industry
  • Strong attention to detail, accurately present financial data and insights
  • Ensure professional discretion
  • Strong storytelling techniques to effectively communicate message and engage
  • Strong organization skills 
  • A team player and leader and highly collaborative
  • Highly Proficient MS Office
  • Strong problem solving and analytical skills
  • Tableau and/or Qlik Sense, Python, ML experience a plus
