Your function
Bring your strong approach to HR service delivery and customer satisfaction to DLL as our new Team Leader HR Operations for LatAm (Brazil, Mexico, Chile, and Argentina). This impactful role oversees our HR Operations organization, which includes Payroll Management, HR Administration, Recruitment Coordination, Compliance, Regulatory Reporting, and Project Management. The job holder and will oversee DLL operations team members in LatAm and their valuable work.
• Build and lead the team: Oversee and manage the team, which includes setting priorities, hiring high performers, managing performance, coaching and development, rewards and recognition, and overall staff productivity. Build a diverse, engaged, and high-performing team.
• Manage day-to-day operations of the department while developing policies and programs as necessary.
• Build a deep understanding of HR operations of DLL and drive toward increased customer satisfaction.
• Partner with Centers of Expertise (COE’s), HR Systems, Business Leaders, and external vendors to actively shape the HR Operations roadmap in alignment with the overall People and HR strategy. Drive the regional vision and strategy of these initiatives and identify process improvements.
• Build a culture of continuous improvement ensuring efficient and consistent employee experience and delivering operational excellence and simplification across our HR Operations.
• Establish governance to ensure optimal prioritization of team resources and to manage stakeholder expectations.
• Own the day-to-day performance metrics of HR Operations, ensuring clear SLA's and KPI's align to effective and positive employee experience; create and share reports, metrics, and dashboards that are meaningful to stakeholders and measure performance against SLA's, volumes, customer satisfaction & quality.
• Establish strong standards for ongoing training and documentation for all processes and activities within the scope of work.
• Inspire confidence from leadership and team members while driving clarity, alignment, and accountability throughout a fast-paced, complex matrix environment.
• Translate HR Operations concepts to others, with impeccable customer service skills, positive attitude in challenging situations; ability to communicate effectively and work with confidential and sensitive information at all levels of a large, complex organization.
• Maintain business relationships with vendors to understand their strategic path for the future. Ensure delivery of agreed-upon support and service level agreements, act as the point of escalation to resolve any vendor issues. Participate in annual vendor review and strategic planning.
