The role will be responsible for managing the customer relations process of our company, managing information derived from events and creating marketing content. The roles helps our company ensure good follow up personally with our network and keeping them engaged, while creating a strong brand presence through online and offline marketing campaigns, and marketing events. The executive collaborates with the business development team and management to ensure that your marketing efforts support the business efforts. To round things off, the analytical skills will assist in the monitor and report on the success of the marketing efforts.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
Management (data entry, master data, configuration) of the CRM & SAP software in the company. Follow up with prospects in various phases of sales acquisition.
Plan and execute email campaigns; track, analyze and report the success of those campaigns and events.
Attend physical and virtual events, deriving insights for the company; event calendar scheduling for company.
Create online and offline marketing content such as case studies, newsletters, and website content, PowerPoint content, training content.
Posting of news on social media on a regular basis
Promote company public relations digitally.
General administrative tasks, document creation.

Proven successful experience as a retail Store Manager
