Joom currently includes the following businesses: Joom Marketplace, a platform for shopping from all over the world; Onfy, a pharmaceutical marketplace in Germany; JoomPro, a platform for cross-border wholesale trade. Joom’s offices are located in Latvia, China, Hong Kong, the USA, Germany, Brazil and Portugal.

We are now looking for a CRM Manager for our new Business Unit — JoomPro Analytics.

JoomPro Analytics is an analytical service for businesses aiming to optimize their presence and sales on online marketplaces. We start in Brazil, but expect to expand to other markets. Our solution empowers sellers to make data-driven decisions and achieve maximum success in e-commerce. Most importantly JoomPro Analytics should provide an answer to “What should I buy to make money on local marketplaces?” question and it will help merchants to optimize their daily work on marketplaces. JoomPro Analytics is mainly focused on small and medium businesses that are already working in e-commerce or on those who just started their business.

We are currently looking for a results-driven CRM Manager to boost customer engagement and drive business growth.

Responsibilities

  • Implement and integrate a CRM system within JoomPro Analytics
  • Maintain and organize customer data in the CRM system
  • Train and support users on CRM usage
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and IT teams
  • Manage communication rules for email, WhatsApp, SMS, etc., to convert users into clients
  • Set communication frequency based on profitability and KPIs
  • Develop new methods for client segmentation
  • Advise sales on target client types
  • Enhance communication rules to increase product usage

Requirements

  • 5 years of CRM experience in e-commerce
  • Proven CRM system implementation and leadership skills
  • Knowledge of CRM software and tools
  • Proficient in data analysis and reporting
  • Customer-centric mindset
  • Fluent in English and Portuguese

Preferred

  • Experience in SaaS/Digital Services
  • Leadership experience
