Objective:
Foster collaborative partnerships with customers by providing tailored services and completing sales efforts aimed at optimizing inventory management within the supply chain.
Main Responsibilities:
Develop and execute a strategic plan for the development of the company's main customers;
Regularly schedule and conduct customer visits to build enduring relationships;
Engage actively and maintain a direct line of communication with the Colgate commercial team
Acquire in-depth market insights, stay abreast of industry developments, and integrate best practices and innovative processes to fuel the company's ongoing growth;
Oversee collaborative planning (CPFR), ensuring customer replenishment is finely tuned to minimize stock shortages and surpluses, thereby enhancing inventory quality through collaborative forecasting;
Conduct store checks and engage with transportation providers to identify and seize process improvement opportunities;
Continuously optimize and refine Logistics KPIs, including On-Time Delivery, Case Fill Rate, and Order Profiling;
Lead and manage projects that foster mutual growth and the continuous advancement of both the client and the industry
Participating in weekly meetings, JVPs and T2Ts;
Manage workflow efficiently, prioritizing tasks in alignment with business objectives and customer segmentation

Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree (Engineering, Business Administration, etc)
Solid experience in the area.
English – Intermediate/advanced level
Leadership skills
Project management and organization skills to manage multifunctional initiatives
