We are looking for an experienced and self-motivated Customer Master Data Expert to join our team!
Purpose of the position
The Customer Master Data Expert will take over the ownership of the model for the Customer Master Data related to all our business processes. The person will be the link towards source/ Master Data on the one hand and altering and process related data on the other hand. For all process- related data streams, the person will play the key role in the process and the data structure design. The person will ensure the integrity of the service process related data entry points compared to our ERP/ CRM Master Data.To combine the two sides of the business- sales and service generated data- is key to success for the ambition of the aim towards 100% visibility of our real customer base. This is the basis for our journey during the digital transformation.
Main tasks and responsibilities
- Contributing to and maintaining Customer Master Data management models, policies, processes and related data flows, including relevant KPI monitoring
- Governing the global Customer Master Data processes execution throughout the locations (CSCs
- Customer Support Centers) and departments
- Coordinate developments on Customer Master Data stories and projects following the global service offerings roadmap and business strategy
- Providing input to customer activation plan concept
- Support, design and implementation to integrate financial information, GDPR, marketing and communication consent to customer data model
What you’ll need to succeed
Education:
- Master or Bachelor degree in business administration/mechanical engineering/industrial management/computer science/information technology or equivalent work experience
Experience:
- Experience in Master Data Management and respective data quality requirements
- Systems and processes development experience
- At least 3 years of experience in producing industry (non-consumer products)
Competencies:
- Overall IT literacy including good understanding of production-based ERP system
- Ability to bring together different stakeholders and funnel local’ business requirements in global solution framework
- Holistic view on systems including ability to work with details
