The Opportunity: We are searching for an enthusiastic and analytically inclined intern to join our dynamic team in São Paulo. This internship requires an in-office presence, offering a valuable opportunity to apply your analytical skills towards supporting the development and execution of innovative strategies. You will play a role in optimizing our marketing efforts and learning how to leverage data to drive the organization forward. Key Responsibilities: Assist in the development and execution of data-driven performance marketing strategies, focusing on customer acquisition, conversion, and retention, under the guidance of the marketing team. Learn and apply analytical tools (such as SQL, intermediate Excel/Google Sheets, Looker, Power BI) and digital platforms (Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager) to assist in dissecting complex data sets, aiming to produce actionable insights for strategic decision-making. Collaborate in identifying and solving issues within marketing funnels and campaign performance, working together with internal teams and external partners to ensure effective solutions. Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement and innovation, helping to ensure that marketing initiatives are data-informed and aligned with the company's overarching vision and mission, fostering sustainable growth and market leadership. Qualifications: Background – Currently studying for a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related fields, with an interest in data analysis and digital marketing . Technical skills (or willingness to learn) – Knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets required Analytical profile – An organized individual with strategic thinking and a keen willingness to learn. Out-of-the-box thinking – Ability to bring innovative solutions and stay updated with the latest technologies and trends in business analysis and the fashion industry.
