Description and Requirements

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Lenovo, a leading technology industry, is seeking a skilled Digital Marketing Manager that will be responsible for leading the Demand Generation team, coordinating the strategy and execution of performance campaigns focused on driving traffic to Lenovo.com.br, across both B2C and B2B segments.

As Digital Marketing Manager, you will be leading the Digital Marketing strategy including paid digital media and e-merchandising to drive traffic, conversions and leads, better leveraging above the line revenue, SEO, SEM, affiliates, email marketing, through optimizing digital assets to improve conversion.

The role requires a proven track record with results in leading and evolving Digital Marketing, through innovative technology strategies, engaging content, financial acumen and implementing partnerships across operations and marketing.

The role will oversee and implement Digital Marketing strategies and e-commerce though best practices in UX assuring a frictionless shopping experience at Lenovo.com.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Lead a team of demand generation and UX specialists to achieve marketing goals. Optimize various paid and unpaid marketing channels to maximize ROI managing external media/digital agencies;
  • Lead the planning and execution for the quarterly and annual Digital Marketing plans, strategy and Go-to-Market programs for Brazil, as well as the budget forecast;
  • Lead UI/UX development and leverage new technologies to optimize user experience and site conversion rate;
  • Able to identify new digital trends and innovations to drive efficiency and optimize the performance;
  • Oversee day-to-day management and optimization of performance marketing campaigns across different paid media channels, working closely to the partners like Google and Meta leveraging the best opportunities and maximize ROI/ROAS;
  • Prepare weekly performance analysis with appropriate recovery plans and/or opportunities for further growth clearly articulated;
  • Work with the Leadership team and Finance counterparts to ensure the investment is budgeted in relevant financial year plan;
  • Work with Alliances partners such as Intel, AMD and Microsoft, to coordinate co-marketing efforts, managing budget and following the guidelines of each program and maintaining the necessary governance on the POEs;
  • Work closely with local and global counterparts to understand global best practices, utilizing learnings where possible;
  • Generate strategic insights from data analysis identifying opportunities to improve customer experience and drive incremental revenue. Needs to be well versed in Adobe Analytics or similar web analytics platform.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

  • 8+ years Proven experience in Digital Marketing, with a focus on performance media, demand generation and Online Merchandising;
  • Ability to identify and implement quickly online trends in demand generation, drive best practice sharing and continuous learning across the organization;
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to drive decisions
  • Deep knowledge of all demand generation channels. Ideal candidate would have been engaged in direct management of significant majority of the demand generation categories or be extremely familiar with them through previous agency management (SEO, SEM, Display, Shopping Engines, CRM…);
  • Strong leadership and communication skills dealing with numerous internal departments on senior and tactical levels, managing significant number of outside Agencies;
  • Strong prioritization skills and ability to quickly re-prioritize in a dynamic. environment manage multiple projects at same level of detail;
  • Passionate about new web technologies and trends. In-depth knowledge of the Ecommerce landscape: Relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and work experience in eCommerce
