Strategic Purpose: 4Labs is now seeking a talented Graphic Designer to join our team. This individual will be responsible for crafting clear and compelling graphics across various social media platforms. The Graphic Designer will drive our ability to increase brand awareness and social media KPIs for our clients and the company. We are looking for a designer who can create sharp, dynamic, and very visually complex graphics. It would be a plus, if you have experience working inside of Web3 or crypto.

Duties:
- Oversee and implement on a range of Social Media Graphic Designer duties
- Craft visually engaging and brand-aligned marketing materials, such as presentation decks, online forms, and social media graphics, tailored for the Web3, blockchain, and cryptocurrency communities.
- Support the company’s marketing and educational efforts to spread awareness and understanding of blockchain, crypto, DeFi, and decentralized financial markets
- Collaborate daily with copy, design, and strategy teams on all creative executions
- Create and edit content that inspire through visuals
- Ability to translate business and marketing objectives into designs that are inspiring and engaging
- Work with internal teams to keep them fully informed of creative development and execution
- Shape design decisions in response to creative leadership feedback
- Create presentations that address diverse users and audiences
- Research creative trends in competitive markets and apply that knowledge and learning to each project
- Design digital ad units for Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc., adhering to best-in-practice standards for the industry
Skills & Requirements:
- Candidates should possess an elevated graphic design style and a compelling portfolio - examples of design work (5 images - jpg or pdf)
- Links to social media account you have managed/designed (professional or personal)
- 4+ years of experience using tools such as Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, Premiere, etc.
- 2+ years of experience in blockchain/crypto; both personal and professional experience apply
- 3+ years of experience creating content for online social media campaigns
- 2+ years experience creating high volume, eye-catching, quick turnaround graphics for social media platforms
- Ability to create high volume, eye-catching, quick turnaround graphics for social media platforms
- Strong illustration, image adjustment, color selection, and typesetting abilities.
- Maintains the ability to turn written concepts and copy into compelling finalized graphics
- Deep understanding of Instagram, Instagram Stories, Twitter, Telegram, TikTok, Reddit, and Facebook, and what performs well on each platform
- Ability to be flexible, nimble, and dynamic in a large organization
- Creative, curious, inspired and tech savvy
- Financially literate, Knowledge of the crypto industry
- Independent
- Be able to work for a high-pressure, results-driven news agency
- Ability to maintain multiple projects under tight timelines
- Enjoys strong intellectual challenges and can easily simplify complex things
- Possesses a solid set of verbal and written communication skills and can effortlessly collaborate with other creative and technical people

Compensation for this position is location-based, and salary ranges will vary depending on the geographical location of the role. Below is a list of typical cities where the position may be posted, each with its corresponding salary range:
- New York, New York: $40,000-$55,000 salary; $20-$25 an hour contract
- Philadelphia, Pennsylvania: $35,000-$45,000 salary; $16-$30 an hour contract
- Lisbon, Portugal: $30,000-$40,000 salary, $14-$19 an hour contract
- Sao Paulo, Brazil: $15,000 - $25,000 salary, $8-$15 an hour contract
- Dublin, Ireland: $25,000 - $32,000, $12-$18 an hour contract
