Title: Director, Demand Generation

Reporting to: VP, Marketing

Opportunity:

We are looking for a Director of Demand Generation to define and execute a data-driven enterprise growth strategy, sharing our messaging with health systems and payers while filling our sales pipeline. You will be responsible for building a world-class Demand Generation engine, launching strategic campaigns, and ensuring that Marketing meaningfully contributes to revenue. Your key focus will be to capture and measure high-intent leads, while ensuring efficient hand-offs with Sales. This role requires experience in driving both new logo as well as expansion growth efforts, with a particular focus on supporting enterprise deals with 6-12+ month long sales cycles.

This is a remote position with occasional travel required.

Responsibilities:

  • Spearhead creative B2B campaigns to drive Demand Generation across digital, events, outbound, and thought leadership channels
  • Build and execute an effective, integrated ABM strategy to increase customer acquisition and expansion within target health systems and markets
  • Own pre-sales marketing automation strategy and nurture opportunities until they turn into active buying cycles, re-engaging the right buyers at the right time.
  • Track and report on the entire marketing funnel including leads, MQLs, re-MQLs, opportunities, conversion stage-to-stage, and velocity
  • Manage cross-functional campaign teams, collaborating closely with Product Marketing and Corporate Marketing, to develop compelling assets for new customer acquisition campaigns such as: videos, case studies, white-papers, etc.
  • Grow and maintain a deep understanding of GetWell's audience segments and their needs via thorough campaign measurement and implementation
  • Establish and consistently hit Demand Generation and campaign KPIs; track and report on metrics, while making recommendations for optimization
  • Own the marketing operations roadmap, ensuring marketing technology is evaluated, selected, implemented and customized to meet the needs of the marketing department
  • Track and report on the entire marketing funnel including leads, MQLs, re-MQLs, opportunities, conversion stage-to-stage, and velocity

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of enterprise B2B Demand Generation and marketing operations experience with a proven track record of consistently hitting growth targets
  • Experience managing a team of business development reps and sales/marketing operations consultants
  • Demonstrated ability to use data to drive results and surface new opportunities
  • Ability to establish and accomplish meaningful business and marketing metrics
  • Expert knowledge in Salesforce and Pardot required, plus other martech tools (e.g. Google Analytics, Outreach, etc.)
  • Experience in overseeing the development and management of budgets, team structure, and reporting
  • Adhere to all organizational information security policies and protect all sensitive information including but not limited to ePHI and PHI in accordance with organizational policy and Federal, State, and local regulations

Our most valuable benefit? An environment that supports YOU. The estimated pay scale for this position is between $140,000-$180,000 in base salary plus annual bonus potential. Base salary is dependent upon many factors including, but not limited to, education, experience, and skills and this range is subject to change and may be modified in the future.
