Through the management of the Phibro Animal Health (PAH) portfolio, create and build economic value for the Phibro products as measured by: market penetration, revenue growth, margin and income growth, customer retention, and new market development. Provides support in the control of the development and marketing Poultry, Swine, Cattle and Aquaculture and to support Phibro as a leader in animal nutrition and health. Is responsible for maintaining branding standards among Phibro business units in the South America Region and plan and coordinate the activities of the Marketing And Technical managers. Key Responsibilities Ownership of PAH product growth, development, and profitability in the global animal health marketplace. As PAH products champion develop, articulate, and communicate product positioning/differentiation in the marketplace relative to customer needs and competition. Develop a comprehensive market strategy that leverages the existing product portfolio and resources to meet immediate and emerging needs of the industry. Develop and implement marketing plans that support and drive business success, defined as sustained, profitable sales, and market share growth. ...
