About the Position
We’re looking for a highly-driven creative mind who excels in ideating in the Email Marketing world. They are to be extremely detail-oriented and consistently be seeking ways to improve.
This person we are seeking to hire must be highly capable in the Email Marketing world when it comes to strategy and execution of campaigns and flows. They must be able to handle client communication and requests (via Slack and Direct Calls), analyze existing accounts for areas of improvement, review internal work for errors, and understand how to navigate scenarios where the answer is not known (Research Abilities).
They will work very closely with everyone on our team from the CEO all the way down to the copywriters. The process from start to finish of our systems involves the strategists driving much of the action starting with providing the strategy to the copywriters and then reviewing the email designs.
-Hours per week 40
-Working hours 9-5 PM EST is preferred.
-Salary: 2750 USD
Day to day responsibilities
- Generating strategy boards for new clients
- Auditing existing and new client accounts for growth opportunities
- Chatting with clients to understand their concerns and address them with action plans
- Plan monthly campaign calendars for each client
- Generate monthly reports covering progress and future actions
- Performing QA on internal work prior to sending it to a client
- Handling client requests and revisions on existing work
- Being able to consistently ideate new A/B tests within our client accounts
Qualifications
- ADVANCED English (mandatory). This person will have the responsibility of reviewing emails before they are sent to clients and must be able to catch grammatical and spelling errors. The same applies for their own reports and audits.
- Strong understanding of Klaviyo & Shopify in and out (mandatory)
- Knowledge of SMS platforms like Postscript and Attentive (desirable but not mandatory)
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in similar roles is required
- Experience in conducting A/B testing for email campaigns to optimize performance
- Ability to develop and implement an overall Email Marketing strategy aligned with business goals
- Experience with marketing automation tools and workflows
- Knowledge of setting up automated email campaigns and drip campaigns.
