Kenvue is currently recruiting for:
PACKAGING ANALYST
Enhances and validates package components and packaging processes. Develops package testing plans and interprets results as required for various projects. Coordinates and performs all activities associated with manufacturing and testing. Provides troubleshooting in the resolution of packaging related issues in manufacturing and the field. Participates in process improvement or task teams. Participates and advises in decisions involving equipment, package design, cost saving and source reduction. Carries out work orders of new package development projects. Determines and coordinates physical testing to ensure product and package integrity for manufacturing through end users. Researches and catalogues packaging methods and techniques and recommends adaptations to meet variations. Builds technical competencies in packaging materials and processes used in all manufacturing processes.
This position is based at Sao Jose dos Campos.

What You Will Do
The Packaging Analyst is responsible for leading packaging development projects for existing products in Brazil. It's a key position that will lead NPI (New Product Introduction)/ LCM (Low Complexity Model) and CIP (Cost Improvement Projects) and Sustainability projects and provide direct support to the liquids/toiletries plant (Toucador Site) in Brazil, as well as for EM (External Manufacturing) sites. It will act by leading packaging initiatives on technologies such as bottles, caps, tubes, labels, and laminated flexible films, as well as to drive simplicity on current processes for the region:
Key Responsibilities
  • Plans, designs and conducts packaging development plans and analyzes and interprets the results.
  • Build a strong supporting and collaborative role with the manufacturing sites driving partnership on execution.
  • Designs, develops, and coordinates validation of package components and packaging processes.
  • Determines packaging methods and techniques and adapts standard methods to meet variations.
  • Utilizes technical expertise, comprehensive work experience, complex and diverse package engineering knowledge to generate valid creative solutions.
  • Works to support team by leading PKG Laboratory Development.
Qualifications
What We Are Looking For
Required Qualifications
  • University/Bachelors Degree or Equivalent on Chemical, Materials Engineering or equivalent area.
  • At least 2 years of Packaging Research and Development Tubes and Rigids.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and time management abilities.
  • Capacity to critically evaluate and determine development plans.
  • Have a leadership mindset to drive a collaborative attitude to the team.
  • Open-minded and creativity to understand current processes and challenge the status quo.
Desired Qualifications
  • Desired to have proficient knowledge of Portuguese, Spanish and English
  • Availability to attend short travelling needs to suppliers and EMs, both nationally and internationally.
