Primary Function/Primary Goals/Objectives:
- Manages the design, planning, construction and maintenance of equipment, machinery, buildings, and other facilities.
- Plans, budgets, and schedules facility modifications, including estimates on equipment, labor, materials and other related costs.
- Designs and develops organizational policies relevant to the engineer department.
- Oversees the coordination of communication services and engineering expansion.
- Support Plant EHS and quality initiatives and target.
- Directs the efforts of others in the achievement of the strategic and operational objectives of the group.
- Manages the hiring, staffing and maintaining of a diverse and effective workforce.
- Responsible for developing budgets and long-range plans based on company growth and future automation and control areas maintenance needs.
Major Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the maintenance (corrective, preventive, predictive) and the troubleshooting/ investigation support of plant Manufacturing Control System in Wet and Dry Process, Dry Blending and Packaging Areas in compliance with the Site Safety and GMP procedures in 12-hrs rotating shift.
- Responsible to support any system projects being executed internally or by vendors.
- Manage and lead contractor, vendors and service providers to perform maintenance works.
- Lead in continuous improvement efforts/ projects and responsible for support and execution of automation qualification such as FAT, SAT, Commissioning, Validation, CCA, VCR, IQ, etc.
- Responsible for developing Standard Operating Procedures, implementing of maintenance program for the Manufacturing Control Systems.
- Any other duties as assigned by supervisor.
Skills/Experience Requirements:
- 4 to 5 years of relevant experience in Pharmaceutical/ Food/ Petrochemical/ Chemical Plant or Automation industry or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong trouble shooting and problem-solving skills.
- Strong in planning and supervisory.
- High computer literary.
- Ability to organize, motivate and develop team members.
