This Estimator position with Honeywell – Proposals & Estimation Team will be to provide necessary Sales Support / Estimation functions to front end Sales Offices and Account Managers globally for PMC – Process Measurement and Control line of business.

Responsibilities:

  • Complete Ownership of Proposal Estimation Deliveries;
  • Interact directly with team and sales to establish requirements of proposal makings;
  • Take active part in development, co-ordinate and implement the standard Global estimating templates and processes in the region and leverage the use of Global Sales Support Tools like Salesforce, CPQ and SAP etc. for professional proposals that demonstrate business benefits.
  • Follow required work flow and other processes within the team;
  • Co-ordinate & support on overall work load of Estimation with other team leaders globally;
  • Manage assigned task effectively and efficiently in a team environment.

Requirements:

  • BS or BA or BE degree – Preferred in: Instrumentation Engineering, Chemical and electrical Engineering, Mechanical engineering, Oil & Gas, Technology (or equivalent knowledge / experience in the field)
  • 3+years of experience in oil & gas/ industrial sales/ sales support / Proposal &estimation / Bid management;
  • Experience in supporting customers / end users in multiple verticals and networking with OEMs, EPCs and consultants;
  • Experience in understanding different cultures and customer buying process within a region can be an added advantage.
  • Knowledge of products and solutions in Oil & Gas market;
  • Knowledge of Gas products: Regulators, Filters, Slam Shut valves, Metering;
  • Understanding of customers’ business including decision making and buying processes;
  • Exceptional knowledge of internal sales process and systems required to provide superb customer service;
