This opportunity offers insights into crafting engaging event ideas that deliver consumer experiences, driving brand and product awareness for our Agency as well as our clients’ businesses.
Working closely with a dedicated mentor, you’ll cultivate an array of skills through active participation and collaboration across various projects:
Event Planning: From listening to the strategic brief to conceptualizing overarching campaign ideas, you’ll engage in brainstorming, research, and proposal development for sponsorships, event tactics, timelines, and budgets.
Event Execution: Be able to see and experience the behind-the-scenes of works, from venue design, and event production to digital applications, you will gain valuable hands-on experience alongside your event team.
Event Result Measurement & Reporting: Join review discussions and craft comprehensive reports based on the predefined KPIs for the campaigns or projects you contribute to.
Skills & Qualifications:
Passionate & Curious: show enthusiasm for evolving trends in the event/engagement field, particularly within Asian/Asian American culture and social trends impacting brands and products.
Innovative & Self-Motivated: Seek unconventional and interactive ideas that resonate with target consumers in events, especially within food, sports, music, and art/design categories.
Strong Interpersonal Skills: display exceptional people skills through active listening, collaboration, adaptability, and respect.
Detail-Oriented & Logically: approach event development logically, adept at problem-solving, troubleshooting, and paying attention to details.
Language & Education: being bilingual and/or pursuing a major in Event Marketing & Sponsorship, Event Management, or Sport & Event Marketing is advantageous.
