Leads in providing technical support through on-siteinstallation, servicing and repair of complex equipment and systems. You willwork under direct supervision and may provide direct supervision to others. Youwill follow detailed work instruction and escalate any discrepancies incustomer requirements, blueprints, or work instructions. You will identify andescalate opportunities to improve the installation or repair procedures. Youwill escalate any administrative difficulties relating to delivery and installationof proper equipment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prioritize Safety in all aspects of work for self and theteam
- Inspect for Quality in all work effort
- Install or Repair per Work Order
- Escalate Issues following internal processes
- Digitally document all aspects of work effort in a timelymanner
YOU MUST HAVE:
- High School Diploma, or equivalent.
- HVAC/R field experience - 5+ years minimum.
- State of Oklahoma Unlimited Mechanical Journeyman License – Active.
- Oklahoma Department of Labor Boiler Operator License - Class 1 or 2 - Active
- Universal CFC Certificate.
WE VALUE:
- Previous industry experience in: HVAC/R, Chillers, Air Compressors, Controls.
- Previous technical/installation experience
- Previous customer service experience
- Good written and oral communication
- Ability to follow instructions
