We are currently seeking a Field Service Technician to join our HBS QLD team in our Cannon Hill office. Reporting to the Senior Facilities Management Supervisor, your focus will be provide team support and assist other team members in delivery of work to customer sites. It is also responsible for servicing customer sites, maximising customer satisfaction and minimising customer site downtime by providing exceptional technical support.
Key Responsibilities:
· Service and maintenance of Honeywell and third-party equipment (as per trade expertise)
· Execute a wide range of carpentry tasks such as framing, installing doors and windows, building cabinets, and repairing wooden structures.
· Measure and cut materials with precision, ensuring a high level of craftsmanship in all projects
· Perform general repairs and maintenance tasks, including but not limited to plumbing, mechanical, and drywall repairs.
· Troubleshoot and fix issues reported by clients efficiently and effectively.
· Manage and prioritize multiple projects to meet deadlines and customer expectations.
· Coordinate with clients to understand their requirements and provide accurate estimates for projects.
Key Experience & Capabilities:
· Intermediate to High computer skills - Essential
· Carpentry Trade - Desirable
· Plumbing experience/qualification - Desirable
· Fault finding knowledge – Essential
· Proven experience as a Carpenter and Handyman
· Demonstrated proficiency in a variety of carpentry techniques and general handyman tasks.
· Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
