As a Field Service Engineer here at Honeywell, you will be responsible for providing technical expertise and support to our Forge Connectivity customers in the Latin America region. You will play a critical role in ensuring the successful implementation and customer satisfaction of our Forge Connectivity solutions for the aircraft cockpit and cabin environment. Your problem-solving skills and technical knowledge will be put to the test as you troubleshoot and resolve technical issues both remotely and on-site. You will report directly to our Field Service Engineering Manager and you'll work out of our Brazil location.
In this role, you will impact the success of our field service operations, the satisfaction of our customers, and the growth of the organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide technical expertise and support for Forge Connectivity customers in the Latin America region
  • Lead and execute complex field service projects, ensuring successful implementation and customer satisfaction
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, both remotely and on-site
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement solutions for customer needs
  • Conduct training sessions for field service technicians and customers
  • Stay updated with industry trends and advancements, and provide recommendations for improvement
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements

YOU MUST HAVE

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as science, technology, engineering, mathematics
  • Minimum of 6 years of proven experience in field service engineering, with a focus on complex technical solutions
  • Strong technical knowledge and expertise in relevant technologies
  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
  • Ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Experience in project management and execution
  • Strong customer focus and ability to build and maintain relationships
