Position : IT Support
Job Type : Freelance / Self-Employed / Part-Time
Duties and Responsibilities :
- Set up workstations with computers and necessary peripheral devices (routers, printers etc.)
- Check computer hardware (HDD, mouses, keyboards etc.) to ensure functionality
- Install and configure appropriate software and functions according to specifications
- Develop and maintain local networks in ways that optimize performance
- Ensure security and privacy of networks and computer systems
- Provide orientation and guidance to users on how to operate new software and computer equipment
- Organize and schedule upgrades and maintenance without deterring others from completing them work
- Perform troubleshooting to diagnose and resolve problems (repair or replace parts, debugging etc.)
- Maintain records / logs of repairs and fixes and maintenance schedule
- Respond, troubleshoot, and resolve L1, L2 & Networking issues
- Manage and maintain network operations of multiple vendors through effective installation and configuration
Qualifications & Requirements
- Exceptional technical and troubleshooting skills
- Written and verbal communications skills
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
- Work permit
Freelance Work : It means you will work for your own like a self-employed and you will get paid only for the hours OR days’ you work on the customer’s site.
Freelance work Process (step by step) :
1. Our team will reach you with an activity (ticket)
in your area.
2. You can accept or decline the ticket as per your availability.
3. If you accept it, then you will visit our customer site and resolve the issue.
4. After completing the activity, you will fill out one activity report (shared by our team) and get it approved customer,
5. The report includes the scope of work with the number of hours worked and customer rating about the work.
6. Share invoice to our team, and you will get paid on the last working day of the month.
