Job Title: Finance Coordinator/Coordenador Financeiro

Location: Barueri, Brazil

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Finance Coordinator/Coordenador Financeiro to join our team in São Paulo. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing financial operations, ensuring compliance with regulations, and providing financial analysis and reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage financial operations, including accounts payable and receivable, payroll, and general ledger

- Ensure compliance with local regulations and company policies

- Prepare financial reports and analysis for management

- Assist with budgeting and forecasting

- Collaborate with other departments to ensure financial goals are met

- Provide support to the finance team as needed

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field

- Minimum of 6 years of experience in finance or accounting

- Strong knowledge of local regulations and accounting principles

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other financial software

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Fluency in English and Portuguese
