Job Description:
- Know the leading category, as well as its gaps and development opportunities in the market.
- Align the department's strategy with the company's strategy.
- Drive and consolidate campaigns (deal hunt and onsite visibility plan).
- Track and analyze campaigns performance.
- Ensure the cross-functional coordination and process centralization inside the Business Development team and between the Business Development and the Marketing team.
- Identify issues, gather information from various sources, analyze data, interpret patterns and trends, propose solutions, and track initiatives with the purpose of enhancing efficiency.
- Act as a coach and with conflict resolution.
- Ensure synergy and smooth functioning of the team.
- Develop and maintain various management reports.
- Ensure quality and standardization of processes.
- Be a support point for the team and serve as a bridge for the business.
Requirements:
- Degree Required in Business Administration, Marketing, and related areas
- Advanced level of Microsoft Office and Excel Knowledge
- Advance English
- Strong experience in sales.
