The Opportunity: Amaris Consulting is actively seeking a Senior Manager with a strong background in B2B sales within the consulting sector to join our São Paulo team. This strategic role is for a leader who will not only continue to foster our growth in the region but also help shaping the future of our sales operations.

Your Role:

  • Expanding our B2B sales department, setting strategic goals and driving business results.Participate in the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals.
  • Developing and nurturing high-level relationships with key business clients, understanding their needs to deliver customized, impactful solutions.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with the company’s global strategy and objectives.
  • Analyzing market trends to identify new opportunities and staying ahead of industry developments.
  • Overseeing the recruitment and training of new sales talent, ensuring our team is equipped to meet the challenges of a competitive market,fostering a culture of success and continuous improvement.
  • Representing Amaris Consulting at high-level industry events, positioning the company as a leader in the consulting sector.
  • Play an active role in the recruitment process for consultants, ensuring the attraction and selection of top-tier talent to support business growth.

Candidate Profile

Who You Are: You are a strategic thinker with a proven track record in B2B sales within the consulting industry.

  • An experienced leader, capable of inspiring and guiding a team towards achieving excellence in sales performance.
  • Adept at building and maintaining relationships with clients, understanding their unique business needs and delivering value-added solutions.
  • Committed to fostering an inclusive and diverse work environment where every team member can thrive.
  • A lifelong learner, continuously seeking to update your knowledge and skills to stay at the forefront of the consulting sector.

Qualifications:

  • At least 4 years of experience in B2B sales, specifically within the consulting sector, with a demonstrable history of surpassing sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and strategic planning abilities.
  • Strong leadership and decision making skills.
  • Experience with IT market is a plus.
  • Fluency in Portuguese and English; mastery of additional languages is a plus.
  • A bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; an MBA or equivalent is preferred.
  • Mastery of generative AI such as ChatGPT or Poe.com is a plus for improvingday-to-day productivity.
