Endereço- Implement new 3rd party manufacturers aligned with the DECO Brazil and ISC outsourcing strategy.
- Managing the current and future 3rd party operations with focus on HSE, Quality, Service and Cost.
- Develop processes and capabilities at current and future 3rd party manufacturer and interface with local production sites.
- Execution of 3rd party activities, including measuring supplier performance, contract management, generate strategic information and provide recommendations for business decision taken.
- Deliver productivity savings and develop a continuous efficiency pipeline to ensure future delivery of the strategic plan commitments related to outsourcing operation.
- Develop and handle annual budgets and monthly forecasts for cash flow and other financial metrics related to external manufacturing.
- Work with Internal stakeholder to identify business risk related to internal capacity constrained categories, and work with R&D to develop alternative sources of supply for key categories or products.
- Review, supervise and enhance compliance and controls related to company policies and reporting.
- Acts as the representative between 3rd party manufacturer and internal stakeholders and manages production at subcontractors, focusing on service levels and minimizing losses.
- Holds accountability for the Master Planning, Production Control, and Short-Term Projects team, driving the implementation of best practices and SLAs in the current operations.
- Developing partnerships and leading external meetings to represent AkzoNobel with 3rd party partners.
- End-to-end management of topics related to subcontractors, with the goal of achieving Fill Rate, Adherence, and Achievement targets.
Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor's degree (Engineering, Supply Chain or Operations Management)
- 5 years of experience in Outsource Manufacturing activities.
- Strong project management skills and deadline accountability.
- Functional excellence & credibility to drive the organization forward.
- Ability to operate effectively across different cultures and functions.
- Good communication skills, strong command in English.
- Basic/Intermediate Spanish
- Awareness and compliance with general HSE requirements
