Roles and Responsibilities
Quarterly sales results of Substation Automation projects and services for part of Brazil with such responsibilities:
- Meet quarterly Orders targets through the development of opportunities in end-users and EPC companies from early specification all the way through contract signing.
- Prospect and articulate project opportunities in the assigned geographic area. Keep a detailed and updated project pipeline. Coordination with other GE units to increase pipeline.
- Good knowledge in protection relays, control units, DFR, gateways, SA protocols and products application in utilities and industrial markets.
- Promote Digital Substation at end-user, engineering companies, EPCs, service companies and other stakeholders
- Participate, provide leadership and be accountable for the technical and commercial offers prepared by the Tendering team and negotiate the cost with the manufacturing units.
- Coordinate actions with Products Growth Leader for products strategy, promotion, workshops and pricing.
- Demonstrate capability in coordinating discussions and approvals with different teams as Finance, Tax, Legal and Operations.
- Technical presentations, development of the sales strategy in your geographic area and develop a strong customer relationship.
- Coordinate opportunities, approach and strategy with both the regional Account Managers and the P&L
- Quality and consistency of the data introduced in company’s Sales Force CRM.
- Support of management on company’s governance rhythm
- Utilizes in-depth knowledge of own and others sales territory, product lines, markets, sales processes or customer groups and uses analytical thinking and commercial experience to execute policy/strategy.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Eletrical, Automation & Controlling Engineering or other ones with electrical field of studies;
- Robust experience in Automation and Protection of Substiations;
- Sales and Account management on Substations field;
- Fluent in Portuguese;
- Intermediate English;
