Our Technology team is embarking on an incredible journey, we are looking for a person with an analytical profile for Global Adoption and ChangeManagement Coordinator for Microsoft platforms position .

What can you expect from the role?

As one of our change managers you will help in steering the implementation and management of changes across our suite of Microsoft 365 products. Your focus will be on ensuring smooth transitions and minimal disruptions by effectively managing all stages of the change process, from initiation to adoption. You will work closely with IT

teams and business units to facilitate successful adoption of new features and updates within the Microsoft 365 suite.

• Reporting: Employ data analytics to track user adoption trends and inform continuous improvement in change strategies.
• Policy and Compliance: Align change processes with organizational governance, collaborating with security and compliance teams to uphold the highest standards of data stewardship.
• Innovative and creative thinking: Translate complex technological ideas and best practice into key messages for stakeholders, fostering an environment where creative solutions drive stakeholder engagement.
• Business Partnering: Work with business stakeholders to understand upcoming or future digital ambitions and provide IT strategy. Develop, communicate, implement, and evaluate tech capabilities in line with UniOps, market strategies and objectives. Partner key markets & categories for innovation & pilots .

Does that look like you?

• Advanced English and Portuguese.
• Desirable advanced Spanish.
• Educated to bachelor’s degree level.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Experience in producing videos.
• Proven track record of developing and delivering impactful training programs.
• Proficiency in data analytics to interpret user engagement and program effectiveness.
• Effective stakeholder engagement and management.
• Demonstrated success in facilitating workshops and leading collaborative projects.
• Excellent presentation skills.
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365 products and their implementation.
• Previous experience in a tech support or IT project management role.
• Knowledge of project management tools and methodologies.
