LUX Skin Cleansing is a truly global brand that has a strong footprint in Developing & Emerging markets, holding leading market share positions in most countries where it operates. It is an icon of beauty across the world. A trend-setting brand used by millions of women across the world for 100 years. This is a Global Brand Development role where you will be expected to work on developing innovations and communication assets. The role will primarily focus on developing strategy, product innovations and communication, with a particular focus in Brazil and Argentina. The role reports to a Global Brand Manager based in Brazil.

WHAT WILL YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES BE

Working alongside Global Brand Manager – LUX to:

  • Develop and implement communication and product innovations for LUX Botanicals in Brazil and Argentina in line with Skin Cleansing strategy;

  • Lead product innovation processes, effectively partnering with cross functional teams (CMI, R&D, Supply Chain, Artwork Excellence, Fragrance Team) to ensure successful and OTIF launches;

  • Partner with the Botanicals platform team in Singapore to maximize synergies on Botanicals and Premium ranges globally;

  • Collaborate with agency partners to craft successful campaigns with best-inclass digital & content strategies;

  • Dock with Local Marketing Teams and work closely with them to ensure we land delightful mixes that are relevant to local consumers and drive value for customers;

  • Monitor in-market execution against agreed KPIs, review effectiveness of project implementation and brand purpose, to propose corrective actions where needed and required;

  • Experiment and develop new ways to delight our consumers.

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED

Experiences & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree Graduate.;

  • Advanced English;

  • Advanced Portuguese or Spanish;

  • Proficient in PowerPoint and Excel;

  • Previous experience working in Marketing;

  • Experience in working with Brazil and/or LATAM.
