Position Overview:
As a Global Talent Acquisition Strategist, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our company's future by identifying, attracting, and engaging with the best talent worldwide. Leveraging your expertise in Global Talent markets and strategic sourcing techniques, you will ensure that we build a resilient and dynamic workforce ready to meet the challenges of tomorrow. This role requires a combination of strategic vision, operational excellence, profit orientation and a passion for innovation in Talent Acquisition.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive Global Talent Acquisition strategy that aligns with the company’s strategic goals and growth targets.
- Lead initiatives to identify and attract top talent from low-cost markets, optimizing our Talent Acquisition budget without compromising on quality.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with educational institutions, and professional associations to create a robust talent pipeline.
- Analyse Global Talent trends and market data to inform recruitment strategies and practices.
- Collaborate with department heads, recruitment and hiring line managers to understand their talent needs and provide strategic guidance on fulfilling those requirements effectively.
- Design and implement employer branding strategies that position Netsurit as an employer of choice in key markets.
- Oversee the development and implementation of innovative sourcing and selection techniques to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the recruitment process.
- Manage and mentor our internal recruiter and build this function within Netsurit, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth.
- Ensure compliance with all local and international hiring laws and regulations.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. An honors or Master’s degree is preferred.
- At least 5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, with a proven track record in a global or international context.
- Experience in the managed services recruitment industry is highly advantageous.
- Strong knowledge of Global Talent markets, especially in identifying cost-effective sourcing strategies.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and inspire a diverse team.
- Strategic thinker with exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience in leveraging social media and other innovative recruitment technologies and platforms.
- Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS).
- Experience working with US companies and understanding US labour market is a requirement.
- Fluent in English.
- Very strong financial literacy and numerical ability required.
