The desired candidate for this position will manage paid search and display campaigns on Google Ads. A successful Google Ads Specialists will effectively manage account setup and implementation, strategy, and budget while working cross-collaboratively with the SEO, Content, and Account Management teams in order to maximize a client's ROI. This is a full-time remote position that requires the candidate to work between the hours of 8:30 pm - 5:00 pm ET. The candidate must be fluent in English as they will interact directly with clients. Integrated Digital Strategies is a premier US-based digital marketing firm with over 11 years of experience in delivering nationwide campaigns for franchise and multi-location brands. We work with franchisors and their franchisees to provide customized digital marketing services that are proven to drive franchisee sales through a robust local and national digital strategy. Responsibilities Be a strategic partner for our clients Initial campaign set up including keyword research, ad copy, and conversion tracking Execute tests, collect and analyze data, identify trends and insights in order to achieve maximum ROI in paid search, display, and social media campaigns Track, report, and analyze website analytics and PPC initiatives and campaigns Manage campaign expenses, stay on budget, estimate monthly costs, and reconcile discrepancies Consult on landing page best practices and copy adjustments needed to improve post-click engagement and conversion Perform ongoing paid keyword discovery, expansion, and optimization Research and analyze competitor advertising Assist in building systems and protocols internally Requirements Minimum of 5 years experience with Google Ads Minimum of 3 years experience with Microsoft Ads Minimum of 2 years experience utilizing Paid Search Ad Optimization Google Ads Certified required Experience with Facebook Ads or Ads is a plus Franchise or multi-location marketing experience is preferred Strong acumen with lead generation Experience with B2B & B2C lead generation At least 1 year of experience using Google Tag Manager Optmyzr, Fluency, Morphio.ai, or similar toolset experience a plus Well-versed in performance marketing, landing page development, conversion, and online customer acquisition Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in paid media In-depth experience with bid management tools Experience with website analytics tools (ex. Google Analytics) Strong analytical skills and experience generating SEM reports Familiarity with A/B and multivariate experiments Strong presentation skills - Ability to communicate complex data in a simple manner Strong project management skills Exceptional time management skills High attention to detail and accuracy Agency experience is a plus
